Sailing is not just fun its an amazing life skill, developing independence and self confidence.

The RYA structure the training as a skills pathway enabling you to extend your training and support your experience.

  • Cost : £230 per person per day

    Duration : 1 day (mid-week)

    Location : Bisham Abbey, Waterfront

    This is targeted towards those who would like to learn to sail but do not wish to be bundled into a group session. With direct support from a Senior Instructor progress can be rapid as you will spend most of your time on the water. Many achieve Level 2 in two days when you will have the opportunity to become a member of the Waterfront Club.

    Duration : 1 Day (mid-week)

    Location : Bisham Abbey, Waterfront

    Aimed at family groups or groups of friends who would like to learn to sail together. Supported by a Senior Instructor and Assistant Instructor everyone can have their own boat, enjoying learning and time on the water together. All training is logged under the RYA sailing scheme and will progress each participant towards an RYA qualification.

  • Cost : £230 per participant per day

    Duration : 1 day

    Location : Bisham Abbey, Waterfront

    We work alongside Accessible Boating Thames to provide opportunities for those with a range of disabilities to experience sailing for free or a limited donation, using a buddy system of qualified volunteer sailors. When the participant is ready to formalize their experience we can provide bespoke formal training tailored to their individual needs, alongside their buddy and carers.
