Thanks so much not just for a wonderful week on the Yatchmaster theory but for three equally absorbing days on VHF, Diesel and First Aid.

Your patience, care and expertise have been outstanding and it has been a joy to study with you. I'll let you know how it goes for real on the water next week. Will I ever get the secondary ports sorted??

I wish to say how much the three of us enjoyed our Helmsman’s Course yesterday, Tom was just great and it was a pleasure to have him on board! Although the three of us have many years experience on the tug we did actually get something out of the day and we also realised some of our bad habits.
