Please telephone 01628 474960 to confirm course availability, then after printing the booking form, complete all sections in block capitals, sign & return with your cheque to secure your place(s).

Conditions of Booking:

For the purposes of these conditions of booking Bisham Abbey Sailing & Navigation School will be known hereunder as 'the School'; the course participant as 'the student'.

PAYMENT: To secure a course place, it is essential to send us your completed booking form and payment. We do not accept provisional or credit card bookings. Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation or postponement of the booking must be in writing and will result in loss of the course fee unless we are able to fill the place or places from our waiting list. In this instance an administration fee of 15% of the course fee will be charged. The School reserves the right to cancel courses for operational reasons. In this event all payments will be refunded unless alternative dates are acceptable. The School accepts no responsibility for the effect that weather conditions may have on it's programme. Discretion is used in laying on shore-based activities on Junior courses if conditions are unsuitable for the proposed water-borne activity. Severe weather conditions may force the School to cancel a course for reasons of safety in this event all payments will be refunded unless alternative dates, subject to availability, are acceptable.

SAFETY: Please advise if the course participant is unable to swim. Anyone who, in the opinion of the Senior Instructor, is unfit to take part in an activity or is behaving in a way likely to be a danger to, or spoil the enjoyment of other members of the group, may be excluded from taking part. There will be no refund of fees in this event.

LOST PROPERTY: We remind everyone to take their belongings home with them. Lost property is available for collection until the end of the dinghy sailing season. We regret we cannot forward items by post.

INSURANCE: Our boats and staff are covered by a Public Liability Insurance Policy. Bisham Abbey Sailing & Navigation School will at all times take every reasonable precaution to ensure the comfort and safety of the student and the School shall therefore not be held liable for death, personal injury, accident, sickness, loss or damage to the student's property or person.
